 Wednesday, March 05, 2008|10:31 PMNYP NURSING STUDENTS ARE A WASTE OF TAX PAYERS MONEY? i really need to let this out! some person from the public wrote to the new paper forum saying that, " NYP nursing students are a waste of tax payers money." blooody hell! whoever you are, listen up and LISTEN GOOD! you think what, nurses fall from the sky or pluck from the tree to take care of the sick ? stop being oblivious and ridiculous boy! no matter what job you do , you still have to learn and get experience before you become gd at what you do right? wth! i think this person is such a horrible person. dont you think its so dumb? you want 1st class treatment but you dont want us to get trained! we not only get scolding from people like you but we also get paid peanuts for what we go thru! its not like its damme easy you know? if your relative is admitted to the ward and the moment his/her condition worsen, you start running up to the nurse right? why ? cos you know that the nurse knows what to do or atleast would be able to contact the doctor in charge and manage him/her till the doc arrives. the nurse definately needs to be trained to be able to manage the situation! and YOU, whoever you are, think nursing student are a waste of tax payers money! you honestly need to slap yourself! talk so much ! try and being one la! try going to sch and take the various exams BUT, dont go for attachment ! after the whole course, work as a staff nurse and see! i bet you a 100% you will cry till you run dry! there things which are not taught in sch which we learn during our attachments. you probably wont last long. even if you do, you'll probably be the worst nurse in the entire universe! JERK! you only know how to complain. but when it comes down to business, run away! honestly, this person needs a slap from me! kns! i feel a lil better now. i'm off! xoxo
